We are delighted with this recognition, because being family-friendly is more than just a buzzword to us. We aim to create working conditions that make everyday life easier for our colleagues and actively help them balance work and family life.
Our measures range from flexible working hours that take family commitments into account to emergency childcare provided by a qualified childminder.
